Judgment Criteria
* Video must be under 3:00 minutes.
* Creative in delivering the information.
* For a submission to qualify for a prize, it must have at least 50 votes.
* Your video must answer the question, "What is SkillCount?" A viewer must understand SkillCount's concept by the end of the video. Use your knowledge of SkillCount, the SkillCount blog and this description:
SkillCount is an online community for professionals to interact while creating a portfolio. SkillCount helps users gain exposure and find work opportunities. The SkillCount rating gives a user's portfolio validation.
At the end of the contest, the top submissions will be determined by the highest average rating from the community. The top 10 submissions with over 50 votes will receive a prize! Use the sharing features for Facebook, Twitter and e-mail to get the word out about your submission. The more votes you can get for your submission, the better chance you have!

The same thing has been happening with me though too, where I have all of my friends voting on Facebook, because I put it on my status, and have posted it on walls, and chatted everyone. Literally everyone I know has voted for me today. And I still am going down to second and third, I really believe it's just the competition. And how many friends we have. lol. [report]
Gonna have to check out the ip addresses on this one...Cause Fletchers video had 34 people rate it in less than 20 minutes...and The same amount...rated mine down...obviously thats creating multiple accounts...lol....Ive been asking people to vote like crazy and I know I couldn't even get that many that fast! lol [report]

Brad i dontl like the way videos are rated at all, the other contestants are just making a million different acaunts and rating my video 1 star, which is not fair because my video is the best one [report]
For this contest, we have structured it as a purely community-based selection process. Being our first contest, we were not sure what the results would be and we are going to use this contest to greatly shape our site and how it operates.
Although we do not plan to change our original rules, there is a chance that we may adjust the deadline (give we only have 6 submissions currently... one that doesn't qualify). Also, we may need to increase the voting period after the submissions are closed in order to insure at least 10 submissions receive 50 votes.

Ok, so here's my question, Brad... in this contest, is the winner determined by the highest rating, or is there a "panel of judges" who just takes the ratings into consideration, but makes their own decision? [report]
